By downloading, installing, or using the VIYNU application (“the App”) or visiting https://viynu.com (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use VIYNU.
These Terms apply to all users of the App and Website, including registered users and visitors.

3. Description of Service
3.1 What VIYNU Provides
VIYNU is an AI-powered personality companion application that:
- Administers a psychological questionnaire based on validated personality frameworks (Big Five, MBTI-style cognitive patterns, Enneagram typology)
- Generates a personalised personality profile (“Real Me”) based on your answers
- Provides an AI chat companion that is aware of your personality profile
- Offers relationship intelligence features for single and partnered users
3.2 Important Limitations
VIYNU is NOT:
- A medical service or medical device
- A mental health treatment or therapy
- A substitute for professional psychological or psychiatric care
- A crisis service
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services in your country.
3.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by VIYNU’s AI is provided for personal development and self-reflection purposes only. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation. You should not make significant life decisions based solely on AI-generated content.
4. Eligibility
4.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use VIYNU. By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
4.2 Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
4.3 Account Restriction
You may create only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
4.4 Geographic Availability
VIYNU is available in certain countries as determined by the App Store and Google Play. We make no representation that the service is appropriate or available in all locations.
5. Account Registration
5.1 Account Creation
To access VIYNU’s core features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password.
5.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@viynu.com
5.3 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep this information up to date.
5.4 Account Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without notice or liability.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use VIYNU only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its related systems
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other automated means to access or interact with the service
- Attempt to extract training data from or manipulate the AI system
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service or servers
- Attempt to circumvent any subscription or paywall mechanism
- Create accounts on behalf of other individuals without their explicit consent
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm any person
Content You Submit
By submitting content through the App (including conversation messages and questionnaire responses), you confirm that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
7. Subscription and Billing
7.1 Free Tier
VIYNU offers a free tier that includes:
- 15 chat messages
- Access to the first 4 Real Me sections
- Completion of the personality questionnaire
- Basic profile access
7.2 Full Access Subscription
VIYNU Full Access is available as a subscription with the following terms:
- Trial: CHF 6.99 for 7 days
- Annual subscription: CHF 49 per year (charged after the trial period ends)
- Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
7.3 Billing
All billing is handled exclusively by:
- Apple App Store (for iOS users)
- Google Play Store (for Android users)
We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information. All billing disputes must be directed to Apple or Google respectively.
7.4 Trial Period
The 7-day trial gives you full access to all features. You will be charged CHF 49 for the annual subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
7.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VIYNU → Cancel
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → VIYNU → Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
7.6 Refunds
Refund requests are subject to the refund policy of the App Store or Google Play. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:

7.7 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Intellectual Property
VIYNU, including its name, logo, design, software, AI systems, personality frameworks as implemented, and all content we create, is owned by Four Leaf Landscape & Civiltech Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 Licence to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use VIYNU for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
8.3 Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of the personal data and content you submit to VIYNU. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms.
8.4 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of VIYNU
- Create derivative works based on VIYNU
- Use VIYNU’s name, logo, or branding without our express written permission
- Sub-licence or sell access to VIYNU
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
9.1 Service Provided As-Is
VIYNU is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
We do not guarantee that:
- AI-generated personality profiles or responses are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Results obtained through the service will be accurate or reliable
9.3 Not Professional Advice
Nothing in VIYNU constitutes:
- Medical advice or diagnosis
- Psychological or psychiatric treatment
- Legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind
Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for decisions affecting your health, wellbeing, relationships, finances, or legal situation.
9.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of VIYNU shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated content
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Four Leaf Landscape & Civiltech Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of VIYNU
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
11. Third-Party Services
VIYNU integrates with third-party services including OpenRouter for AI processing and Mem0 for memory storage. Your use of these services through VIYNU is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
12. Service Availability and Changes
12.1 Availability
We do not guarantee that VIYNU will be available at all times. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
12.2 Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of VIYNU at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
12.3 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Your continued use of VIYNU after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using VIYNU.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of VIYNU shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
13.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@viynu.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
13.4 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
14. Termination
14.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account within the App (Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting us at support@viynu.com.
14.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- We decide to discontinue the service
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use VIYNU ceases immediately
- We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law)
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of VIYNU and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
